With HMRC's habit of changing its rules and regulations, it’s hard to keep up with the pace - and that means penalties that can drag you to the bottom if you're not careful. Even if you or your advisers know what’s going on, they're no good to you if they don't call out the danger in time.
Our Account Managers are there to help you spot trouble before it hits you. Most importantly, we're always there for you. We're not just going to spit out a set of numbers at the end of the year and you won't need to trek up to our office for an appointment every time you need to speak to us. Your Account Manager is only ever a phone call or email away.

What happens if my usual contact is away?
Don’t worry. You'll have a small dedicated team at your disposal who are all up to speed on your finances. You'll never be left to walk alone.
Will I be able to talk through what my quarterly management reports mean in real terms?
Of course! There'd be no point in seeing a doctor who only listed your symptoms, would there? When we send your report we’ll arrange a time to talk so you can make best use of the information.
The management report will give a clear snapshot the business, but we'll be glad to talk you through it.
What if I need specialist advice about an issue not covered in the listed services?
Always get in touch with us. Depending on the issue, we may be able to give you the advice you need as part of your service, talk you through your options or refer you to a trusted specialist.
Can I authorise other people to speak with Rift, or will you only speak to me?
Let us know who you want to be authorised (and able to log into the Clear Books software) and you're all set.
